Perths #1 Bathroom Renovator

How long will my bathroom renovation take?

This depends on your home’s construction. The average full brick home bathroom renovation can take up to 20 working days. However, there could be delays depending on selection and product availability, e.g. frameless or toughened glass shower screens. Once all considered variables have been taken into account, your Project Manager will provide you with a program timetable.

Will we be able to live in our home during the renovation?

Yes. But you’ll need to be prepared! Remember, your bathroom is unusable for the duration of work. Walkways are also covered during of the renovation, and the site is cleaned each day by our trades’ team. You will also be without water and power on occasion, usually at the start and completion of the renovation.

How will we know when tradesmen are expected to arrive?

A comprehensive program will be supplied to you directly by our Project Manager, who will keep you informed as to which tradesmen will be working in your home and when.

What kind of contract do you offer?

A standard Department of Fair Trading or HIA contract for all work over the value of $6,000.

Does your company have the appropriate insurance required?

Yes, all our tradespeople are comprehensively insured whilst working on your job site.

What if I work and am unable to be home during the renovation?

This is not a problem. We obtain a key from you and set up a secured lock box onsite for access by our tradespeople.

What will my renovation cost?

Bathrooms range in sizes and styles. We will provide you with a FREE, no obligation quote following your initial consultation and determination of your needs.

How do I pay for my renovation?

Payment can be made by cheque, cash and direct deposit. We ask that you confirm your particular daily eftpos limit – as each bank differs.
